I called David Brothers after calling Four Seasons. I needed to replace the element in an electric furnace . I have had several HVAC workers to come and inform me that I needed the element but none was willing to do the work, and it did require some work because the furnace is located in the ceiling, Dan of David Brothers ask did I want it fixed and he fixed it. Thank you Dan. Four Seasons came and the first thing out of his mouth was was a lie because I ask him what the model number and serial number was and he gave me the model number and told he didn't SEE a serial number Then tell me the furnace is "from the 1970's and I don't know why it's still working" I knew right then I wasn't gonna let them do any work for me not to mention that outlandish price...

After doing my due diligence as I do with everything, I decided to go with David Brothers Heating and Cooling Incorporated. I use them for my central air unit about 15 years ago in a previous home and he did a wonderful, wonderful job and never had any problems with it after that. I moved a couple of times after that and misplaced the number and called a friend of mine who still have their number and they came out and fix my furnace. After four season was here a couple of days prior who wanted to charge me an arm, a leg, a torso, including my head they're overpriced for season is over price. I chose David brothers because I trust in their work I recommend them for all of your furnace, hot water boilers, steam boilers, Plumbing, air cleaner Supply, humidifiers, Refrigeration, ventilation and much more. Thank you God for this company. They're professional, timely, and thorough.
My central a/c unit turned on but the fan wouldn't turn on. This was quickly diagnosed by Dan as simply due to a broken wire. It was properly taped and secured in just a few minutes. Dan cleaned the a/c unit and made some recommendations on basic maintenance. He also checked our furnace and water heater for any problems. We only paid the basic service fee.

Excellent furnance repair service
They showed me while they did diagnostics & tried replacing faulty parts with used parts to confirm the issue with my furnance. They also negotiated their service charge, which I appreciated. I now know who to call in the future when I need annual maintenance checkout of my central air & furnance.
Heating Experts
I called David Brothers for an estimate on a new furnace. They educated me on the different types of furnaces, the energy efficiency of each product, tax-credit, rebates avialable, etc..... David Brothers was the only company that was invested in providing all this information with " no added pressure to commit to their company". The other companies did not come close to investing their time.

I've used David Brothers for furnace cleaning and repairs for a couple of years now and have always been happy with their service. This summer our central air conditioner froze. It was an off brand installed years ago by another company. Rather than try to sell me a new one Dan offered to see if a fix would get us through the summer. I really appreciated his approach. It worked for a while but the air conditioner finally gave out. Dan suggested a reliable brand, advised us to upgrade the size of the unit (we've never been able to get the second floor of our 100 year old house adequately cooled), and even helped us with the utilities refund and the tax credit. This is the third air conditioner we've installed in a house we've owned for 25 years and Dan was the first technician who gave us a system that cooled the whole house. We went with his recommendation to also replace our old furnace at the same time. The price was fair and we now have an energy efficient system! Once installed, Dan called a week later to make sure everything was running well and he came out to tweak the system. I appreciate the thoroughness and I highly recommend their services.
We used David Brothers in 2006 when our HVAC unit froze due to low freon and they did a great job quickly fixing the problem. So when we had our HVAC refuse to switch over to heating this fall, they were the first people we called. Dan (our service technician) came the same day that I called. He found the problem (a motor that was having issues) and got it back into working order. He didn't try to push a new motor, but offered up the option of seeing how long the current one could go (and maybe having to get a new one later this winter) or replacing it now for piece of mind. I really liked that he offered options. We decided to replace the motor so we don't have to worry about it going out this winter and he was quick and efficient at replacing. He also discovered that our static filters were wired incorrectly and rewired for free.
Very happy with the speed and quality of the work, both in 2006 and today.
